Saturday, home from Medford now,,,we had a really good time. Stayed with Kelly and Amy, Vic stayed too.
I'm a little bored now though - isn't that horrible to say, I shouldn't need to be entertained all of the time, but, sometimes it's just how I feel.

BIRTHday!

Today is the day - wooo hoooo, yet another year has blown (freudeian slip) FLOWN by! I am thankful for my life, my husband, my children, my home, my family and my friends! Blessed is an understatement! Thank you LORD!!!!!

This is how life is at our house.....just one example.
We came home from a football weekend get-away to find a Squirrel in our house! Yes, that's right a furry little rodent running around my daughters room! My husband, two sons, and daughter were trying to catch it with a live trap....while I was sitting in the living room listening to the screams and laughter thinking to myself, "this is NOT the life I signed up for". You can view this remarkable adventure on youtube, our oldest son videoed it then put it on the web for the whole wide world to view! Lucky me!

Day 2

What does it mean when people wish you a happy birthday a day early??? Not that that's a bad thing, I'm just curious.....

Wow! Am I ever in for a learning experience! I just previewed some of my neighbors blogs, and boy howdy, people blog about weird stuff! I wonder who follows the gal who blogs, not only daily, but HOURLY, about her precious daughter? Now, don't get me wrong, I love love love my kids, and I think they are totally awesome, but who would want to read about how well Austen is doing in Football, or Colten's latest basketball stats, or Lizzie's newest animal adventure? Although, the kids's I guess I can understand, but Paper Dolls?? Really?? Are you kidding me??? A blog all about Paper Dolls...all I can think to say is "People, go out into the world and experience life"!!!!!

Day One

Well, am I ever excited! I am now an official "Blogger"! Woo Hoo....now I just need to figure out what a blogger really is? Does being a blogger make me more interesting? Probably not. Does being a blogger, mean that I have something to share with the world (that they absolutely need to hear)? Probably not.

What I think this means is, I've been given an outlet, somewhere to put my random (and often miscombobled (is that a real word)) thoughts! Some people say I'm funny, others say I'm weird. I don't really care, what I care about is having fun, making people smile, and sharing my life! It's not the most glamorous life there is, there are days when I wonder, "why in the world did I put makeup on just to go out here and pull a calf".....(but I did look damn good to that calf)....but it is a good life...not one that I figured I'd be in at this time in my life....but, again, it's a great life!
